Established Yamada Tomigoro hoten, a firewood fuel merchant, in Niigata City.

The head office was established in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, by Tokyo Hissan Shokai, a joint stock company. The business began by inheriting the Shimada Shokai Tokyo Branch Office, which has its head office in Osaka City.

Kojima Shoji co., Ltd. was founded in Fukuoka City as a leather wholesaler.

Sanpei Co., Ltd. merged and changed its name to Hissan Trading Co.,Ltd.

Established Yamatomi Shoji Co., Ltd. and acquired the rights to sell products from Denka Cement co., Ltd. (currently Denka Co., Ltd.)
